  • Senior Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients.
You will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Manager, you will apply your skills and professional experience to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and communicate effectively to convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. In this role at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions, utilizing advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve their strategic goals. You will be expected to apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and act on client feedback. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
  • Leading strategic data and analytics initiatives to drive informed decision-making for clients
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage
  • Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to provide strategic insights and support client operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
  • Overseeing the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions
  • Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data and analytics teams
  • Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
  • Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving business performance
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and achieve strategic goals
  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client projects What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science•Demonstrating proficiency in Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT)•Utilizing advanced data analysis and interpretation skills•Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities•Leading teams through complex and ambiguous situations•Developing and implementing continuous process improvement strategies•Excelling in stakeholder engagement and relationship building Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $124,000•$280,000.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
