We're seeking a hands-on Fund Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax coordination, and governance for a sophisticated investment organization. This position will pay between 165-175K on a base salary, depending upon experience and fit
Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reporting Manage audits, tax processes, and third-party accounting relationships Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries Support governance activities, including Audit Committee meetings Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Qualifications:
