full-time Fund Accounting Manager | NYC Endowment Portfolio Join a highly respected global organization managing a $5 billion endowmentportfolio based in New York City. We're seeking a hands-on Fund Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, audit, tax coordination, and governance for a sophisticated investment organization. This position will pay between 165-175K on a base salary, depending upon experience and fit

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reporting Manage audits, tax processes, and third-party accounting relationships Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries Support governance activities, including Audit Committee meetings Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred Experience with both fund side and management company accounting is ideal 6+ years of Accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills; investment, endowment, or alternative asset experience is a plus Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a hands-on environment Interested parties, please send your resume to Martin Metz at mmetz@daleyaa.com and/or contact him at 617.832.2048
