•The F&I Manager at Georgica Auto Holdings is responsible for maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction by offering financing, insurance, and extended warranty products to vehicle purchasers. This role requires a strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of automotive finance regulations. Job Responsibilities
•Present and sell financing and insurance products, extended service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers. Achieve sales and profit goals for F&I products per vehicle sold. Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing options for customers. Prepare and process all necessary financial paperwork and contracts accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to vehicle financing and sales. Conduct credit checks and review credit applications to determine customer eligibility for various financing programs. Educate customers on available financing options, product benefits, and payment structures. Resolve customer concerns and objections regarding F&I products in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from vehicle selection to finance approval. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes. Job Qualifications
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership setting. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for F&I products. In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products. Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing automotive sales and financing (e.g., Truth in Lending Act, adverse action notices). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively. Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software. High level of integrity and strong ethical conduct. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
