full-time A large, well-established organization is seeking a Financial d Services Manager to lead and optimize key financial operations across Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and related shared services functions. This is a newly created leadership position with significant visibility, a tenured team, and the opportunity to drive process improvement, systems optimization, and operational transformation. Key Responsibilities Lead financial shared services operations across Treasury, AP, AR, cash management, and related transactional finance functions Manage and develop a team of approximately 5 direct reports, including management-level employees Oversee daily treasury and banking activities, including cash management, liquidity, cash forecasting, funding, and banking relationships Provide leadership and oversight across high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations Drive process improvements, automation, controls, and operational efficiencies across financial workflows Support the implementation and optimization of Treasury and ERP systems Develop and monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, service levels, and operational performance Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and financial requirements Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and senior leadership Mentor and develop team members while identifying opportunities to improve resource utilization and scalability Ideal Background Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Approximately 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, treasury, or shared services experience Prior leadership experience managing teams and developing employees Strong hands-on Treasury experience including cash management, liquidity, forecasting, and banking operations Experience overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong background in operational accounting, process improvement, and systems implementation/optimization ERP experience required; Oracle experience is a plus Experience implementing or enhancing a Treasury Management System (TMS) is highly desirable Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills CTP or other relevant professional certification is a plus
