full-time Accounting & Business Manager -Verona, NJ A manufacturing/distribution company is seeking an Accounting & Business Manager due to the retirement of a long-tenured employee. This role offers ownership of the accounting function, direct interaction with leadership, and involvement across accounting, payroll, benefits, insurance, and business operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage General Ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations Oversee credit and collections Support inventory accounting and cycle counts Coordinate with the external accounting firm Assist with benefits, insurance, and HR administration
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounting experience Experience with G/L, A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations Manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale knowledge Inventory accounting/ERP experience
Salary:
$110-$135k DOE + Strong Benefits
