Commission Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your personal practice and support team members in achieving their goals. Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them enhance their skills and client relationships. Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions are consistently delivered. Drive business development initiatives, leveraging proven marketing channels to generate leads and expand the client base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and deliver holistic financial advice to clients. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant with best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
Active life/health insurance license and relevant securities licenses (or willingness to obtain). Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others. Self-motivated with a passion for growth, both personally and as a leader. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of success in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a sales leadership role.
