Team members have the opportunity to influence strategy, build foundational processes, and make a measurable impact on the organization's future growth. The Position This newly established leadership role offers the opportunity to build and elevate the Financial Planning & Analysis function from the ground up. As the head of FP&A, you will play a key role in translating financial data into strategic insights, helping executive leadership make informed decisions as the business continues to expand. The position is based in New York City and follows a five-day, in-office work model focused on collaboration, innovation, and partnership across teams. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with senior finance leadership to develop annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial strategies. Design and maintain sophisticated financial models that support planning, growth initiatives, pricing decisions, customer analytics, and operational performance measurement. Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive-level business insights. Collaborate with leaders across revenue, marketing, product, engineering, operations, and other functions to evaluate business assumptions and support strategic decision-making. Improve and automate reporting, forecasting, and planning processes to enhance scalability and operational efficiency. Support investor relations activities, fundraising initiatives, board reporting, and other corporate finance projects. Compensation includes a strong base with a generous options package.
