full-time Strategic Finance Lead | High Growth Fintech | New York About the Company We're a high-growth technology business building a global platform that helps organisations manage digital transactions and payments more effectively. The business is scaling internationally, with a growing customer base and increasingly sophisticated commercial and operational model. Finance has a genuine influence on how the business grows, allocates capital and evaluates new opportunities. The Role We're looking for a Senior Strategic Finance professional to become a key Finance partner across the company's highest-priority growth initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leadership across Revenue, Product, Business Development and Corporate Development, owning analysis that informs commercial decisions, product investment, partnerships, M&A and strategic initiatives. This is a role for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and become a genuine strategic partner to the business. What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders across Revenue, Product, Business Development and Corporate Development. Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning. Build financial models covering revenue, margins, unit economics, valuation and scenario analysis. Evaluate strategic partnerships, pricing models, new products and investment opportunities. Support M&A and build / buy / partner decisions. Partner with Revenue leadership on sales planning, pipeline, bookings and customer economics. Build business cases for investments, organisational changes and strategic initiatives. Prepare executive reporting and strategic planning materials. Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Data, Product and GTM. Improve reporting, modelling and analytical processes through automation and AI. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience across Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking and/or Private Equity. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology, fintech, payments, SaaS or financial services business. Strong financial modelling and scenario-planning skills. Experience with revenue modelling, unit economics, valuation, investment cases or M&A. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations. Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of ambiguous projects. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides skills. Comfortable using AI tools to improve analysis, research and workflows. Backgrounds of Interest We're particularly interested in candidates from: Fintech and payments Financial services B2B SaaS Financial software High-growth technology Investment banking / Private Equity Big 4 / Transaction Advisory Experience in subscription, payments or transaction-driven businesses is particularly relevant. Familiarity with digital assets, crypto or financial infrastructure is a plus. You'll Thrive Here If... You want to influence decisions rather than simply report on them. Base salary:

$140,000 - $185,000 , with total compensation determined by experience, skills and qualifications.
