Our headquarters are located in Henderson, NV, and we continue to grow with a strong focus on service, compliance, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee post-closing review of mortgage loan files, including closing packages, Closing Disclosures, HUD-1s, escrow documentation, title documents, and recorded instruments. Identify and investigate title, escrow, settlement, recording, lien position, and documentation discrepancies. Manage curative actions involving missing or inaccurate documentation, recording deficiencies, title corrections, lien corrections, and other post-closing exceptions. Coordinate with closing agents, title companies, settlement providers, attorneys, county recording offices, and other third parties to resolve complex issues. Monitor post-closing exceptions, corrective actions, and aging to ensure issues are resolved accurately and within established timeframes. Escalate complex or high-risk matters and ensure appropriate resolution, documentation, and follow-through.Origination-to-Servicing Operations:
Oversee operational processes supporting the movement of loans from origination and closing through post-closing and servicing transfer. Establish controls to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and properly prepared for servicing and investor delivery. Partner with Origination, Closing, Post-Closing, Quality Control, Servicing, Compliance, and other internal teams to address operational issues. Identify process gaps that may result in loan defects, delays, compliance concerns, or servicing issues. Monitor workflow and handoffs between departments to improve consistency, accountability, and cycle times. Support the development of standardized procedures and workflows that improve the overall borrower and operational experience.ManagementLeadership:
Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and prioritization for assigned mortgage operations functions. Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, service levels, workload, and departmental deadlines. Serve as the primary management escalation point for complex operational and post-closing matters. Coach and develop team members while providing subject-matter guidance and support on complex files. Establish performance expectations, operating standards, and accountability measures in partnership with leadership. Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen operational performance.Quality, ComplianceInvestor Requirements:
Support quality control reviews, internal audits, investor audits, and post-closing remediation activities. Ensure loan files and operational processes comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and investor requirements. Analyze defects and recurring exceptions to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions. Maintain appropriate tracking, documentation, and reporting for exceptions, remediation activities, and audit findings. Stay current on applicable mortgage requirements and investor guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA requirements. Partner with Compliance, Quality Control, Servicing, and senior leadership to address risk and strengthen operational controls.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, escrow, title, settlement, mortgage post-closing, collateral review, or a closely related field. Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Title Officer, Settlement Agent, Post-Closing Specialist, Mortgage Operations Specialist, or similar mortgage professional. Strong knowledge of mortgage closing and settlement processes, title insurance, escrow procedures, recording requirements, and mortgage documentation. Demonstrated experience reviewing Closing Disclosures, HUD-1s, settlement statements, title documents, deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, assignments, and recorded instruments. Proven ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate corrective actions, and manage multiple files and deadlines. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with exceptional attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience in mortgage operations, post-closing, title, escrow, or settlement. Experience with mortgage quality control, collateral review, investor audits, or post-closing remediation. Experience with title curative, recording resolution, lien correction, or other post-closing corrective activities. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA requirements. Experience working with mortgage investors, warehouse lenders, or secondary-market requirements. Experience developing, implementing, or improving operational procedures, controls, and workflows.What We Offer:
