Job Description

CR Fletcher is seeking a Finance Assistant for a client company in the Manufacturing industry. This role will support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, expense processing, and month-end activities.
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices, vendor invoices, ACH payments, and check runs. Handle accounts receivable, payments, deposits, and collections support. Reconcile bank, credit card, and employee expense transactions. Maintain accurate financial records within an ERP system. Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end 1099s. Research and resolve billing, vendor, and payment discrepancies. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding account inquiries. Assist with audits and special accounting projects. Qualifications (if provided): 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or finance experience. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
