Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:

$81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage the accounting function at the unit, including direct leadership, supervision, and effective management of unit accounting and cash room team members Complete audits and ensure the team is knowledgeable of policies, procedures, and internal controls Execute strategies and standards related to accounting policy, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, budgeting, and financial systems and controls Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes, support the annual plan and projection process, provide insightful review of year-over-year changes, and recommend areas of focus to improve operating margins Lead or assist with ad hoc analyses of the finances and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making More about you Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred Experience in supervising complex accounting teams, an understanding of finance and accounting processes, and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Gaming experience a plus Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft Financials, or similar accounting software Understanding how to drive effective performance management Facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication Able to obtain a NYS gaming license Shift details M-F Evenings as needed
