We are urgently hiring a high-performing Automotive F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager for a high-volume dealership in the Mount Kisco, NY area. Annual income potential is $200,000-300,000 annually Award-winning brand State-of-the-art facility Requirements Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred in order to serve our unique clientele Proven background at a top automotive dealership with consistent PVR numbers Extensive knowledge of F&I compliance and automotive dealership regulations Proficiency with financial software such as AutoMate, Darwin, Verify, and RouteOne Strong understanding of credit analysis, transaction structuring, and compliance with loan regulations Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients regarding finance options and contractual details At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end automotive finance and insurance process, including loan structuring, credit analysis, and contract preparation Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional client communication and tailored financial solutions Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, and insurance options to maximize dealership profitability Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to secure favorable financing arrangements while adhering to regulatory guidelines Process loan applications efficiently, verifying documentation accuracy and managing transaction structuring Maintain detailed records of all transactions within financial software systems; ensure accuracy in math calculations and 10-key typing tasks Collaborate with sales teams to support vehicle sales efforts through effective financing strategies Stay informed on industry knowledge of financial regulations and changes impacting automotive financing practices Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
