In this vital role, you will support the organization's financial operations by managing data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in accounting records. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and our financial records precise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your accounting skills within a dynamic environment that values precision, confidentiality, and teamwork. Responsibilities Process daily sales packets from sales floor Record daily sales and deposits Data Entry for residential and commercial sales Manage day to day operations Support account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting tasks using Excel data analysis tools and spreadsheets All HR responsibilities from onboarding to processing bi-weekly payroll Handle confidential information with discretion. Assist with bookkeeping functions, including double entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation processes Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation. Ensure office policies, safety rules, and administrative workflows run smoothly Answer and direct incoming phone calls Qualifications Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable management, credit analysis, and account reconciliation procedures Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to perform math calculations involving debits & credits accurately Familiarity with accounting concepts like journal entries, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger accounting Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service orientation for internal stakeholders requiring financial information or support Minimum [2-5] years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping or accounting Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
