Job Description
Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. As Paychex and Paycor come together, we're combining innovative technology, data-driven insights, AI, and human expertise to help organizations work smarter, support their people, and achieve better business outcomes. This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to invest in innovation, simplify client experiences, and shape the future of work. At Paychex, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, make a meaningful impact, and be part of something bigger as One Paychex. Overview As a Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization Enablement for Digital Sales at SurePayroll, you will own the Revenue Optimization Enablement Development team and lead a fundamental strategic shift from a team that answers questions to an AI first team that proactively detects problems, diagnoses root causes, and recommends actions across multiple business lines. You will lead your team to invent and scale the metrics that drive adoption and sales behavior, and to build agentic, automated analytical workflows that let teams self service. This role leads a critical part of SurePayroll's core infrastructure, not a supporting function. The role combines payroll industry expertise with deep digital skills to identify valuable data, build data products, and optimize operations and revenue. The ideal candidate is a technically exceptional BI leader who thinks big about what AI powered data can enable, not just for today's needs but for the generative AI experiences the organization is building toward, with a relentless bias for action. You thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments where the roadmap is evolving, the problems are genuinely hard, and the stakes are high for small business owners.
