Salary:

$75,000-$95,000 depending on experience + bonus/incentive opportunity Job Summary We are conducting an exclusive search for a well-established, community-focused financial services organization seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop a branch team, while driving sales and customer service performance. This individual will be responsible for creating a strong customer-focused environment while achieving deposit, lending, and service goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced financial services leader who enjoys coaching employees, building relationships, growing business, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

Leadership, Sales & Coaching Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals Create a high-performing, customer-focused sales and service culture Monitor individual and team performance and hold employees accountable to established goals and KPIs Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions Train and mentor staff on identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions Recognize strong performance and identify opportunities for employee development Business Development & Customer Experience Build, retain, and expand customer relationships through consultative service Participate in community outreach and business development initiatives Develop relationships with internal partners and external referral sources Implement initiatives designed to increase customer engagement and business growth Address escalated customer concerns and work toward effective resolutions Branch Operations & Financial Management Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Maintain appropriate cash controls, documentation, reporting, and audit readiness Support lending, account servicing, and transaction activities as needed Drive branch performance through loan and deposit production Assist with operating budget management and explain variances Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to support an efficient operation Team Management Foster a positive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and engaged Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching Partner with Human Resources on employee relations and performance matters Serve as a positive role model for the organization and its customer-service standards Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Support a culture of operational controls, compliance, and risk awareness Qualifications include: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, financial services, lending, sales, or related operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of retail banking/financial services operations, customer service, sales, and lending Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance Strong relationship-building and business development skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Bilingual skills are a plus What this Opportunity Offers Leadership responsibility within an established financial services organization Competitive base salary plus bonus/incentive opportunity Opportunity to make a direct impact on customer relationships and branch performance Strong focus on employee development and career advancement Community-focused work environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization If you are an experienced financial services leader looking for an opportunity to lead a team and make an impact within an established organization, apply today!
