Job Description

I'm partnering with a large global PE backed retailer on a Senior Finance Manager, FP&A Corporate role. This person will lead corporate financial planning activities, oversee company-wide capital planning, and provide strategic financial support to executive leadership. What You'll Be Doing Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Corporate SG&A and enterprise-wide capital expenditures. Develop and maintain financial models, departmental budgets, and scenario analyses to support business decisions. Analyze financial performance, explain key variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Partner closely with Accounting and Finance teams on month-end close, expense management, and balance sheet oversight. Monitor key business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives through financial analysis. Prepare executive- and board-level reporting, presentations, and KPI analysis. Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives to improve financial visibility and efficiency. What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7-10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with a strong foundation in accounting. Experience managing corporate SG&A budgets and enterprise-wide capital expenditure planning. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Proven ability to support executive leadership through strategic financial insights and board-level reporting. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical, communication, and business partnering capabilities. Retail, consumer products, apparel, or related industry experience preferred.
