Accounting Consultants

Job Description

Senior Accounting Consultant responsible for supporting carve-out accounting, financial reporting, treasury accounting, legal entity restructuring, and transaction-related accounting activities. Job Requirements Experience with corporate accounting and financial reporting. Experience preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows. Experience performing ledger reconciliations and account analysis. Experience supporting complex accounting projects, transactions, or organizational restructuring. Knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
accounting principles. Experience validating accounting data and supporting financial close activities. Experience working with enterprise accounting systems and financial reporting tools. Preferred Skills Experience supporting carve-outs, spin-offs, divestitures, or separation transactions. Experience with legal entity restructuring. Experience with treasury accounting. Experience with foreign currency accounting. Experience with derivative accounting. Experience with pension accounting. Experience preparing carve-out financial statements. Experience supporting accounting system conversions or ERP transitions. Experience providing accounting support across multiple workstreams. Job Responsibilities Support accounting and reporting activities related to carve-out and separation initiatives. Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flows. Support legal entity restructuring and related accounting requirements. Perform treasury accounting activities. Support foreign currency and derivative accounting. Assist with pension accounting processes. Support preparation of carve-out financial statements. Perform transaction-related accounting activities. Complete ledger reconciliations and account analysis. Validate accounting data used for financial reporting. Support accounting activities related to system conversion initiatives. Provide backfill support for accounting teams experiencing increased workload. Support month-end and period-end financial reporting activities. Maintain accounting documentation and supporting schedules. Assist with multiple accounting workstreams as transaction and reporting priorities change.
Pay:
