Driver's License Supervising experience Bachelor's degree Driving Business Administration Full Job Description Hamilton County Public Health is accepting applications for a Revenue Cycle Manager within the Department of Community Health Services.Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration; One to five years of supervisory experience in healthcare billing or finance; Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT), EPIC electronic health record system, and insurance regulations (commercial, Medicaid, Medicare). Must have valid driver's license in state of residency. Job duties included but are not limited to: Supervise day-to-day clinic front office and clinic billing staff and activities, to include billing, coding, and insurance verification. Oversight of all revenue-generating operational workflows from registration through final payment. Analyze and update revenue cycle workflows to increase efficiency and compliance; monitor insurance claims to reduce denials and improve reimbursement. Ensure consistent communication between clinical and billing teams to prevent coding errors, documentation gaps, and delayed charges. Lead front desk optimization efforts, including insurance verification, real time eligibility completion, and accurate data capture. Develop QA processes for scheduling accuracy, documentation completeness, and claim submission readiness. Monitor key performance indicators and generate monthly reports. Ensure all billing practices follow federal, state, and payer regulations. Serve as liaison between Clinic and Finance Department. This is an exempt position. Only non-tobacco users need apply.
