You can easily do 60-100 vehicles per month. We need a top producer and will compensate top dollar. If this sounds like you, then this is a fabulous opportunity for you! Two or more years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager is required. Candidates should have an impressive track record of documented performance as well as great customer service. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-first environment is crucial.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews with clients to determine finance / payment needs Utilize menu platform to present vehicle service contracts and other ancillary products Prepare and finalize all documents as required for vehicle delivery Ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations Work in conjunction with sales managers and salespeople on deal structure and closes Desking and closing deals Sales consultant development

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing Strong CDK knowledge Energy and enthusiasm Strong attention to detail A team player Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Automotive F&I Manager or Sales Manager Minimum of five (5) years of automotive sales experience Documented track record of performance Self-starter with proven track record Valid driver's license and clean driving record A proven track record of F&I success Background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and clean driving record
