Pay:

$22 - $26/hour, dependent on experience The right candidate will have: 3+ years of past sales experience in a hotel setting Knowledge of hotel operations Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook and experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems Our Sales Manager will: Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts Aggressively pursue qualified outside sales calls on new contacts Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain and increase our market share Maintain accurate and legible records and files to provide historical data Maintain consistent and timely verbal and written communication with clients Assist in developing an annual sales and marketing plan Identify marketing strategy for each market segment Analyze historical, current and future hotel trends, and market trends Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet/exceed sales goals.
