What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of accounting experience in a project-based environment. Experience with WIP accounting, percentage of completion, and job costing. Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting software.
