Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auto Franchise Finance Manager to lead our automotive financing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of automotive loan and lease financing, ensuring seamless client experiences while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, maximize upselling opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients and financial institutions alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the financial success of the dealership while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Duties Manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow, including credit analysis, transaction structuring, and contract preparation using our Reynolds and Reynolds financial software platform. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing expert guidance on automotive financing options, insurance products, and upselling additional services to enhance customer value. Ensure strict adherence to all automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Title processing requirements, and compliance with loan regulations. Conduct thorough credit evaluations by analyzing financial data, basic math calculations, and credit reports to determine loan eligibility and appropriate terms. Negotiate deal terms with clients and lenders to secure favorable financing arrangements while ensuring compliance with financial regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with dealership sales teams to support automotive sales efforts through effective financing solutions and client communication strategies. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, client interactions, and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory adherence. Requirements Proven experience in automotive finance management. Strong knowledge of financial services, credit analysis, transaction structuring, and dealership operations. Familiarity with financial software systems Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management tools. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and client communication. Deep understanding of automotive sales industry regulations, including TILA, title processing procedures, and compliance standards. Ability to perform basic math accurately, including 10-key typing skills for quick data entry and calculations. Experience in dealership environments involving automobile sales, contracts, and financial regulatory compliance is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, lenders, and internal teams while ensuring excellent customer service.
