SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE
This person will coordinate third-party mortgage loan programs, including: processing, originating, researching, developing and implementing lending procedures that meet credit union goals and objectives and comply with third party, collection, policy and regulatory standards; Coordinate, evaluate and recommend complementary in-house mortgage loan products. Primary duties include but are not limited to: process and coordinate activities of the Mortgage lending department, comply with all lending regulations, identify real estate underwriting standards, forward all closed loans to investors for funding, and supervise in-house mortgage loan processes. Must have two years to five years of similar or related experience.
Required education:
A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program. This position requires a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Excellent benefits +401K and bonus plan available.
