Job DescriptionCooper Auto Group is accepting applications for an experienced Automotive Retail Finance & Insurance Manager to join our high producing finance and insurance team at one of our nine retail dealerships in OKC and Shawnee. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Offer financing and product options utilizing comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the F&I department's profitability and product penetration.
Track portfolio with lenders. Process loan and lease applications for lender approval.
Review and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely turn around on all deals.
Ensure deals are fully compliant with company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
Support the sales department in achieving its goals, and work closely with the sales department on enforcement of proper selling methods.
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and world class customer service.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of financing and insurance products, services, and trends.
Provide world class customer service and support to all customers.
QualificationsProven top performer experience as an automotive Finance and Insurance Manager.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirement.
Ability to in a fast paced automotive retail environment.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
