Pay Range:
Targeted salary up to $78,800 annually, based on experience.

Position Introduction:
Operations Finance is seeking a Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a diverse and growing portfolio of auxiliary and campus service programs. Reporting to the Operations Finance Director, this position provides financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight for multiple business units, including housing, dining, facilities, parking, airport operations, campus safety, and other revenue-generating programs. The Operations Finance Manager is responsible for supervising professional staff, managing complex budgets and financial reporting, overseeing revenue and expense activities, ensuring compliance with university policies and accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support organizational decision-making. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. This position works closely with department directors and university partners to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, improve business processes, and maintain the fiscal integrity of a large and complex operation. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or business related field and a minimum of 18 hours of accounting coursework 60 months experience in general accounting to include 12 months experience in a supervisory role.
