In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, structuring deals, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. Your expertise will help maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your industry knowledge, sales skills, and financial acumen to drive success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Manage the entire F&I process by presenting financing options, insurance products, and extended warranties to customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring clients understand their financing options and feel confident in their decisions. Structure deals by analyzing credit information, preparing loan packages, and coordinating with lenders to secure optimal terms for customers. Ensure all transactions comply with federal and state regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act), automotive sales industry regulations, and financial regulatory standards. Utilize industry-specific software such as CDK or similar platforms for loan processing, title processing, and transaction documentation. Upsell additional products like insurance policies, service contracts, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with loan regulations and dealership policies. Conduct credit analysis by assessing client financial information, performing basic math calculations, and evaluating creditworthiness to determine suitable financing options. Maintain thorough documentation of all deals including contracts, credit applications, and compliance paperwork. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales process via client communication skills to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial services role within the automotive or powersports industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and industry regulations such as TILA. Demonstrated ability in deal structuring, negotiation, and upselling techniques that drive sales growth. Familiarity with dealership management systems like CDK or comparable financial software platforms. Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to perform detailed credit analysis using math skills including 10-key typing proficiency for accurate data entry. Knowledge of automotive sales industry regulations including title processing procedures and contract management. Strong understanding of financial compliance standards related to loans and credit transactions within the automotive sector. Effective communication skills for client interaction, negotiations, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.
