Job Description

Manager - Revenue Management - McKenzie Medical Group McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is your community medical provider, serving the Willamette Valley and its residents. Our 113-bed hospital offers inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, medical, surgical and emergency care. We are a family of caregivers offering care to our larger family — our community.
Job Summary:
The Revenue Cycle Manager supervises all professional billing and revenue cycle operations for McKenzie Medical Group. This role is responsible for optimizing revenue capture, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving front-end workflows, and leading teams responsible for coding, charge capture, claims management, prior authorizations, and scheduling management. The manager partners with the clinical leaders, practice managers, and finance to improve revenue performance, reduce denials, and strengthen operational consistency across multiple specialty practices. Produces revenue cycle dashboards and performance reports, identifies trends impacting revenue performance and recommends corrective actions, partners with leadership and finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Technical knowledge
CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS
coding, CMS reimbursement knowledge, commercial payer rules, denial management and appeals, prior authorization workflows, revenue cycle reporting and analytics. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5-7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area, 3+ years of supervisory/management, experience with multi-specialty physician practices, up-to-date knowledge of professional billing and revenue cycle. Proficient with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. CPC, CPMA, CRCR and/or AHIMA preferred.
