Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Manager to lead our revenue optimization efforts across our hospitality properties. In this vital role, you will oversee the development and implementation of revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your expertise in hospitality management, financial operations, and team leadership will drive the success of our property's revenue goals. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, rate structures, and revenue streams across multiple hotel or resort properties. Oversee daily hotel operations related to revenue generation, including monitoring booking trends, analyzing market data, and adjusting pricing accordingly. Supervise and manage hospitality teams, including front desk staff, reservations agents, and other operational personnel, ensuring alignment with guest service standards. Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to track bookings, forecast demand, and analyze performance metrics. Manage hospitality operations budgets, ensuring financial targets are met through effective pricing strategies and resource allocation. Collaborate with human resources to oversee staffing levels, training programs, and team development initiatives focused on sales and customer service excellence. Maintain high standards of guest relations by implementing best practices in hotel guest service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting on revenue performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Oversee night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each day. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by providing managerial communication that motivates staff towards shared goals. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management or hotel operations. Supervising experience within a hotel or resort environment is essential. Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette skills. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse markets. Demonstrated ability in managing hospitality operations budgets, financial management, and budgeting processes. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams and overseeing human resources functions. Deep understanding of hotel guest service standards, guest relations, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with resort experience, night audit procedures, front desk operations, and multi-channel communication tools is preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
