They are looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Assembly & Trim Technicians. Job Summary The Assembly & Trim Technician will perform a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks involving the trimming, sanding, bonding, assembly, and finishing of composite parts and assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn specialized manufacturing processes. What You'll Do Perform composite assembly and trim operations, including trimming, sanding, bonding, joining, and final assembly Read and follow travelers, SOPs, drawings, specifications, and work instructions Maintain quality standards and follow established manufacturing procedures Accurately document labor, materials, and process information Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for production Perform material handling and equipment setup as needed Identify and communicate technical issues, defects, and production concerns to supervisors or engineering Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet production schedules Support continuous improvement and process development initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work area Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements What You Need to Have High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or composite experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read and follow travelers, work instructions, work orders, and engineering specifications Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools Ability to identify and select materials and supplies according to specifications Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Ability to listen, ask questions, and seek clarification when needed Dependable and able to follow direction Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to wear required PPE Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with assistance The Musts Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Comfortable working with hand tools Ability to read and follow detailed instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work safely while maintaining quality and productivity Willingness to learn new technical skills and manufacturing processes Why Join?
