As we expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for our billing operations. This role is ideal for a revenue cycle professional who thrives on process improvement, team development, and ensuring the financial health of a mission-driven organization.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of billing professionals while overseeing daily department operations. Drive revenue cycle performance through effective management of claims, denials, appeals, payment posting, and accounts receivable. Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and cash flow. Serve as the department's subject matter expert for insurance billing, reimbursement, client liabilities, and revenue cycle best practices. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and state and federal regulations while maintaining billing accuracy. Partner with payers, operational leaders, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues and improve outcomes. Oversee billing systems, electronic claims processing, and workflow optimization initiatives that support organizational growth. Contribute to strategic decision-making through analysis of reimbursement trends, A/R performance, and payer activity.
