We are looking for a Database Technology Manager to provide strategic leadership across finance-related business processes while aligning operational needs with effective technology solutions. This position works closely with teams in accounting, financial planning, cost management, shared services, IT, and business leadership to shape consistent process outcomes in Lyon Station, Pennsylvania. The role is responsible for guiding business decisions, confirming that solutions meet defined objectives, and supporting long-term process effectiveness after implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to define finance process needs and establish clear priorities for solution development.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for future-state process direction, ensuring business objectives are reflected in key approvals.
• Partner with accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, shared services, IT, and business leaders to align process improvements across functions.
• Review proposed business solutions and confirm that delivered capabilities satisfy finance requirements and operational expectations.
• Oversee sustained process performance by monitoring outcomes, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide business leadership during system-related initiatives by ensuring approved requirements are translated effectively into execution plans.
• Work closely with analysts, technical teams, and implementation partners to support accurate functional design, system configuration, and delivery activities.
