Join a well-established organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join its experienced accounting team. Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 5+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close Previous leadership experience or the ability to step into a supervisory role Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced, transactional accounting environment is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting activities for assigned areas of the business Manage general ledger activity, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and related accounting functions Support timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Work closely with the Controller, operational leadership, and other members of the accounting team Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues Supervise and support accounting staff responsible for day-to-day transactional functions Ensure accounting processes follow established company policies and procedures
