753121WD Up to 20% Senior Manager Apply now Save Description The Opportunity As a Global Cross Border Engagement Services- Senior Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions.
- Consulting on pricing, immigration, contract set-up, taxes, security, and compliance-related issues for cross-border engagements
- Managing risks arising from cross-border engagements by applying strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leveraging influence and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with engagement teams and member firms
- Conducting research and analysis on cross-border tax issues and regulations to provide informed guidance
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through coaching and mentoring
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in complex situations
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to improve processes and results
- Directing teams through ambiguity and uncertainty, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
