This role serves as a key business partner to leadership by delivering financial insights, operational reporting, and analytical support that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial planning activities Analyze financial performance across revenue, operating expenses, cost of sales, and capital expenditures Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance Perform variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and operational plans Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership review Reporting & Business Support Create ad hoc reports and analytical tools to support operational and financial decision-making Assist leadership teams with financial analysis related to pricing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and operational improvements Provide analytical support for capital investments, business expansion opportunities, and other strategic projects Prepare presentations and executive-level reporting materials for senior management Support implementation and ongoing use of business intelligence tools and dashboard reporting solutions Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and operational insights Improve financial reporting processes, forecasting tools, and modeling capabilities Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience (7-10 years preferred) Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings clearly to leadership Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced business degree preferred Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site operational environment Exposure to private equity-backed or high-growth organizations is a plus Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboard reporting, or advanced financial systems Skills & Attributes Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities Strong business partnership and leadership capabilities Work Environment Professional office environment with cross-functional interaction across operations and leadership teams Fast-paced setting with opportunities to contribute to strategic business initiatives and operational improvements #FMD2026
