full-time Compri Consulting is seeking a Manager, Global FP&A for a direct hire, onsite position in Easton, PA. 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting experience. Minimum 2 years supporting a global or multi-regional organization. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), financial modeling, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools such as Anaplan, Hyperion, or Adaptive Insights. Ability to analyze large data sets and present executive-level financial insights. Experience preparing executive reporting and partnering with cross-functional/global finance teams. Strong communication, presentation, and business partnering skills. Leadership experience through managing, mentoring, or coaching others (formal management not required).
