What We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate is: An experienced automotive Finance Manager with a documented history of strong performance Highly skilled in presenting financing options and value-added products Consistently strong in PVR, service-contract penetration, and overall product performance Knowledgeable about dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance requirements Organized, accurate, and able to manage a fast-paced deal flow Professional, competitive, accountable, and customer-focused Comfortable working closely with sales managers, lenders, accounting, and ownership Capable of maximizing every opportunity without sacrificing ethics or customer trust Responsibilities Secure competitive financing and structure deals for maximum approval and profitability Present finance and protection products clearly, professionally, and compliantly Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and manufacturer lenders Ensure every contract and deal jacket is accurate, complete, and ready for funding Monitor contracts in transit and promptly resolve funding issues Maintain strict compliance with all dealership and regulatory requirements Support the sales team in overcoming financing obstacles and closing more business Deliver a smooth, efficient, and first-class experience for every customer Why Shults Ford?
