New York Life's Accelerated Path to Management Program is designed for motivated professionals who want to pursue a leadership career through firsthand experience as a financial professional. Your Path to Management You'll begin your career as a Financial Professional , where you'll receive training, coaching, and mentorship while developing client relationships and building your own financial services practice. During this phase, you'll gain hands-on experience in: Business development and relationship building Financial services and insurance Prospecting and marketing Client needs analysis Practice development Leadership and communication After meeting the required production, licensing, training, and company requirements, you'll have the opportunity to transition into New York Life's Associate Partner development program . As an Associate Partner, your focus shifts toward recruiting, coaching, developing, and leading financial professionals while building your own team. Who We're Looking For We're especially interested in professionals who have demonstrated leadership potential. Strong candidates may have experience in: Management or team leadership Sales or business development Recruiting, coaching, or training Running or managing a business Building strong customer or client relationships Developing and motivating others An entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a desire to grow into leadership are important for success. Training & Development New York Life provides extensive training and ongoing professional development, including: Industry-leading training One-on-one coaching and mentorship Professional licensing support Business development and marketing resources Digital prospecting and client-management tools Leadership and management development A defined opportunity to pursue field management Products & Solutions Financial Professionals can help clients address a variety of financial needs through New York Life and its subsidiaries, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and, with the appropriate securities licenses, investment products such as mutual funds. Compensation Candidates begin the program as Financial Professionals with commission-based compensation . After meeting applicable performance, licensing, training, eligibility, and company approval requirements and transitioning into an Associate Partner position, compensation changes to a salary structure.
Associate Partner salary range:
$60,000-$150,000 per year , with additional bonuses and incentives potentially available based on the performance and development of agents within the Associate Partner's unit.
