Your New Role:

Bring your accounting expertise to an innovative organization where your work will directly support business performance. As Accounting Manager, you'll take ownership of core accounting operations, safeguard the integrity of financial reporting, and help the accounting function work smarter and more efficiently. As a hands-on, individual-contributor Accounting Manager, you'll oversee a broad range of accounting activities with a focus on accurate reporting and a smooth month-end close. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable; preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expenses; completing balance sheet reconciliations; and maintaining clear records and supporting documentation. You'll also oversee banking and cash management, prepare recurring financial reports, and serve as a trusted accounting resource for internal partners. Along the way, you'll have room to improve processes, simplify workflows, and establish additional standardization as needed. You may be a great fit if you're proactive, curious, and comfortable working autonomously while remaining collaborative and approachable. You communicate clearly, use sound judgment, and build strong relationships across departments. Most importantly, you're resourceful, adaptable, and interested in understanding the business behind the numbers. The position begins with an on-site training period, followed by the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule.
