The finance team is lean, hands-on, and close to the business. This seat owns the monthly close and leads the review of the team's work. You will also play a key part in a new ERP rollout next year. What you'll own Month-end close: fixed assets, accruals, AP Inventory and cost accounting, including standard cost and variances Review of journal entries, recs, and schedules Coaching and developing staff Audit support and PBC prep Close and process improvements Hands-on role in next year's ERP transition What you bring Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus 6+ years of accounting, with real inventory and cost accounting Experience reviewing work and leading or coaching others Strong systems skills (ERP and Excel) Proactive, takes direction well, works across teams Nice to have Great Plains / Dynamics GP ERP implementation or migration Medical device, pharma, or manufacturing background Public company or audit-heavy setting
