This is a growing and fun company that has high employee retention, is family friendly and embraces continual education and training. The position reports to the owner and is supported by the external CPA firm when needed. Responsibilities include responsibility for all accounting functions including AR, AP, month end close, monthly reporting, assisting with budget preparation and analysis and coordinating with the CPA firm for year-end work. Minimum requirements include general ledger account reconciliation, month end close, AR & AP, financial statement preparation, the eagerness to help implement improvements to policies and procedures and exceed expectations. Budget preparation and QuickBooks experience are a plus. The base salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 with potential for more, plus Health Insurance, PTO and a 401k plan with a match.
