$100,000 Position Overview A growing, multi-site manufacturer is seeking an Accounting Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable leadership and process improvement. This role partners closely with the Controller and will oversee an AP team supporting multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee Accounts Payable operations across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Lead, develop, and mentor a team of 3-4 AP professionals, with potential for team growth Support month-end close processes related to AP, including accruals and reconciliations Drive process improvements, enhance internal controls, and optimize workflows in a scaling environment Partner with cross-functional teams across operations and site locations Operate with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced, growing organization Required Qualifications 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments Prior people management experience required Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting with an emphasis on AP Proven ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications ERP experience (Plex preferred; Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar transferable systems) Work Arrangement Preferred onsite in Belleview, TN Hybrid flexibility may be considered depending on candidate location Benefits (Full-Time) Benefit offerings may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan; paid holidays; PTO offered on an accrual basis; and paid parental leave.
