An interest in technology, automation, and efficiency, with a concrete example of a process you improved. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. The ability to explain accounting concepts clearly to business owners without a finance background. Comfort balancing client needs, accounting deadlines, and systems improvement projects. Experience That Helps NetSuite experience, including reporting, saved searches, dashboards, or workflows. Experience with workflow automation platforms, systems integrations, or AI tools. Experience supervising, training, or reviewing the work of accounting staff.
