This role is ideal for a professional with strong end-to-end knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to confidently present financial insights to C-suite executives and physicians. The Client Manager does not directly manage operational RCM functions but works cross-functionally with internal department leaders to ensure optimal performance, issue resolution, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Executive Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned physician practices and healthcare leadership Lead executive-level presentations and business reviews with physicians and C-suite stakeholders Translate complex revenue cycle data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, financial, and administrative leaders Revenue Cycle Collaboration & Oversight Partner closely with internal leaders across billing, coding, AR, and operations to support client performance Maintain comprehensive visibility across the full revenue cycle to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Coordinate resolution of issues related to claims, denials, payments, and AR in collaboration with operational teams Act as the client advocate internally to ensure timely follow-through and service excellence Analytics & Performance Management Leverage analytics tools and reporting platforms to monitor and evaluate performance Analyze and present key RCM KPIs Present executive-level dashboards and reporting packages Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes Client Onboarding & Optimization Support onboarding for new clients in collaboration with our onboarding department, coordinating with internal departments for seamless implementation Educate physician office staff on RCM processes and best practices Identify workflow gaps and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements Team Collaboration Act as a highly collaborative team player, working across multiple departments in an onshore and offshore environment Foster strong internal relationships to drive accountability and results Support a culture of communication, partnership, and continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and client management supporting physician practices; experience with orthopedic or oncology practices is a plus. Strong, comprehensive knowledge of full-cycle RCM processes and KPI metrics Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives and physicians Advanced proficiency with analytics tools, reporting platforms, and practice management systems (e.g., NextGen, AdvancedMD, Epic, Centricity, eClinicalWorks) Solid understanding of
CPT, ICD-10
