What You'll Be Doing:

Lead revenue integrity and decision support initiatives across the full revenue cycle Translate data into strategic recommendations for executive leadership Identify opportunities to optimize reimbursement, pricing, and profitability Oversee analytics tied to budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance Ensure data accuracy across Epic, Soarian, and reporting systems Mentor and guide a high-performing analytics team ?

What Sets You Apart:

Deep expertise in hospital revenue cycle & decision support Strong analytical mindset with advanced SQL & Excel skills Proven ability to uncover financial opportunities others miss Strong grasp of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory landscape ????

Compensation:

$150K-$160K ????

Location:
