Month-End Close & Financial Reporting GAAP Financial Statement Preparation General Ledger Accounting & Account Analysis Internal & External Reporting Packages Budgeting & Financial Projections Budget-to-Actual Variance Analysis Site-Level Financial Reporting Financial Performance Analysis Manage Accounting & Finance Staff Accounting & Reporting Process Improvement Reporting Standardization Financial Systems & Analytics Support Partnership with

Finance, Clinical & Operational Leaders Accounting Team Leadership & Development Workflow & Resource Allocation Performance Management & Employee Mentorship Cross-Functional Business Partnership Special Projects Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required MBA, MHA, or other relevant master's degree preferred Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences Proficiency with Excel and financial systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Healthcare industry experience preferred Benefits /
