Role Requirements & Expectations

• Primary Needso A strong financial partner to provide forecasting, modeling, and strategic insight.o Someone able to handle both hands-on financial management and operational oversight.
• Desired Skills & Experienceo Strong financial background, including GAAP knowledge and audit preparation.o Experience with nonprofit and healthcare finance is preferred, but deep financial acumen is more critical.o Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and ideally, nonprofit-specific systems (e.g., Blackbaud).o Ability to recommend and implement improvements to financial systems for scalability.
• Operational Oversighto Oversight of facilities and operations manager, with attention to fiscal impact.
• Work Arrangemento Hybrid preferred (1-2 days in office), but open to remote for the right candidate.

o Flexibility in location, with openness to candidates outside the immediate area (including remote consultants from other states or countries).
