$31.25 - $36.00/hr DOE About the Job Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in Olympia, WA to hire a Finance Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to use their accounting and financial leadership skills to support meaningful work in the local community. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance and insights to support executive leadership with planning and decision-making
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage payroll processing, tax deposits, and required deductions
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and investment accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
• Coordinate with outside CPA/auditor for year-end reporting and compliance
• Manage contracts, licenses, and regulatory filings
• Improve internal systems and financial processes for efficiency

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
• Experience in nonprofit accounting, grants, or fund tracking strongly preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Experience with payroll, AR/AP, reconciliations, and state/federal reporting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
