Finance Manager - The Americas - Tucson, AZ Join a respected international manufacturer at the forefront of mining equipment innovation, offering the chance to play a pivotal role in the financial operations of its growing US business. Finance Manager Benefits & Compensation $120K-$150K base salary , depending on experience Relocation assistance ($5,000 with receipts; negotiable for the right candidate) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Employer-provided life and disability coverage Generous paid time off and flexible hybrid work schedule ( 3 days in office ) Inclusive, agile culture where your impact will be valued as the company grows Finance Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with senior finance responsibilities Advanced knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance Strong experience preparing monthly financial statements and managing close processes Experience with US GAAP and compliance Proficiency with ERP systems (Xero, MS Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Previous work in a manufacturing environment -preferably steel Ability to work independently across international time zones and manage priorities Finance Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, mining, or mining services Experience with multi-entity or multinational organizations and ERP implementation Familiarity with foreign currency accounting, intercompany transactions, and external audits Strong communication and business partnering abilities Spanish language skills and advantage Finance Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead financial operations for the US entity, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP Manage all aspects of cost accounting, inventory management, and project/job accounting Oversee cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships Analyze and monitor manufacturing variances, profitability, and operational performance Partner with US and international teams—including manufacturing and operations—to drive performance improvements and support business decision-making Coordinate annual audits, support tax compliance, and maintain a strong internal control environment Contribute to process improvement, automation initiatives, and scalable finance solutions for ongoing global growth This is a unique growth opportunity for a hands-on finance leader ready to make a real impact within a dynamic, expanding organization.
