You've developed professional skills, relationships, and credibility. But you've also started asking a different question: "Is my career alone going to create the financial future I actually want?" For many professionals, the issue isn't that they have a bad job. The issue is that one income, one employer, one promotion cycle, or one career path may no longer feel like enough. Full Circle Alliance is looking for experienced professionals who want to enter the financial services industry part-time, develop an additional income stream, and potentially transition into a new career or business without immediately walking away from their current employment. This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to build strategically—not recklessly. You can begin part-time while maintaining your existing employment and use your results—not emotion—to determine whether financial services should remain supplemental income or eventually become your primary career. For the right person, the progression can look like: Career

Your schedule can be structured around your existing professional responsibilities while you are developing. Training & Licensing Previous financial services experience is not required . Income varies based on licensing, production, client activity, product placement, and other applicable compensation factors. No specific level of income is guaranteed. This structure may be especially attractive to established professionals who want an opportunity where their income potential is connected to the business they produce rather than solely to hours worked or an annual salary.
