Heritage Imaging is seeking an FP&A Business Partner to serve as a critical link between finance and operations, helping leadership make informed decisions through insightful reporting, forecasting, and analytics. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with operational, financial, and executive leaders across a multi-site, multi-entity organization to develop meaningful KPIs, automate reporting, improve data integrity, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is comfortable working directly with non-finance operators in a multi-entity, multi-site environment, and demonstrates initiative in identifying and solving operational and data challenges. Hybrid in Spokane, WA (3 days in office, 2 days from home) What You'll Do Serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership to improve decision-making through financial and operational insights. Build, automate, and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Prepare weekly Flash Reports, Management Operating Review (MOR) materials, and utilization reporting. Analyze labor, staffing, productivity, and operational performance metrics. Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple entities and regions Support standardization of operational processes and reporting across entities as the organization scales. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that reduce manual work in operational reporting by automating recurring reports and reconciliations that currently rely on manual spreadsheets. Translate operational plans (new site openings, equipment purchases, staffing changes, service line expansion) into financial impact and payback analysis for leadership. Assist with system implementations and integration of newly acquired locations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in an operations finance, business partnering, or operations analyst role ideally in a multi-site, healthcare, or services organization. Comfort working directly with non-finance operators; ability to build credibility on the floor, not just in a spreadsheet. Strong Excel and Power BI skills; experience pulling data from a variety of data sources is a plus Experience with staffing/labor productivity analysis, cost-per-unit metrics, or capacity planning strongly preferred.
